What payment plans do you offer?
You can buy our luxury villas either on fractional basis or buying the entire villa. In both of these models you can use a cash or an installment payment plan.
What do I gain by buying this?
You get to enjoy a hustle free holiday experience since you will have your own home fitted and maintained to 5-star standards, ready for you whenever you want to travel. This is not to mention the advantage like shared cost of maintenance and management.
How much are the fractions worth?
The fractions come in different prices as we have fractions in a 2-bedroom villa that will cost different from fractions in a 3-bedroom Villa. You might take the same type of fraction in the same Villa with someone else but pay different amounts due to the duration of your payment terms. These and many others are the details to be discussed when you get in touch with any of our relationship managers
How does fractional ownership work?
A year has 52 weeks. The property is then divided into 52 fractions which are equivalent to 1 week each. 4 fractions (4 weeks) are set aside by the management for the purpose to carry out yearly maintenance and renovations. The remaining 48 fractions (48 weeks) are then sold to clients who buy a minimum of 1 week/fraction. The client then is allowed usage of the villa for a period of 1 week (7 nights) every year for a period of 99 years, at the property they bought into.
A registered sub-lease of 99 years is given to clients who buy into the product.
Is there a tittle document that one is given?
Upon completion of the purchase price, and payment of legal fees for registration of a sub-lease, the owners are given a government registered 99-year sub-lease which is a legal document of ownership.
Are the villas on the beachfront?
The villas are on the second row from the beach front which is lined with a number of private and public beaches.
Is the project off Plan?
The Villas are complete and fully furnished and therefore are not off-plan
Apart from going on holidays, how else can I benefit or make money?
Apart from utilizing your Villa on holiday, owners have the opportunity to rent them out to interested parties and make some money.
How many people can I take for holidays?
We have two types of Villas, we have the two Bedroom Villa with a privacy occupancy of 4 people and three Bedroom Villas that can sleep 6 people
